Shared Time Human Resources Management, Inc. provides human resources solutions and services to small and medium sized businesses. Since 1993, we have worked closely with client companies in Cleveland, throughout Northeast Ohio and across the United States.

President and CEO Glenn Levar founded Shared Time Human Resources Management, Inc. in 1993 after working for Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 companies in a variety of human resources assignments. The company was created to fill a need for emerging enterprises and mid-market businesses for cost-effective, quality human resources services.

During the following years, Shared Time Human Resources Management, Inc. grew its customer base and expanded its services to meet market demands. Much of our growth was a direct result of client referrals. By 1997, Shared Time Human Resources Management, Inc. developed a reputation for delivering quality human resources services for its clients.

Today, Shared Time Human Resources Management, Inc. provides high quality human resources services to businesses throughout the United States. President and CEO

Glenn Levar

Prior to starting Shared Time Human Resource Management, Inc., Glenn was employed by Fortune 50 and entrepreneurial companies as human resource manager. During his corporate career, Glenn was a key contributor in reaching corporate goals and objectives. He built trust and empowered employees and management to greater success.

As a member of the corporate business world and in his own business, Glenn assisted countless unemployed professionals in their job search. 
Glenn taught as an adjunct professor of business administration and American government at David N. Myers College and has been an executive presenter at Kent State University's MBA program and at Western Kentucky University. In 2002, Glenn retired from the United States Army Reserve at the rank of Colonel. He was assigned as the Host Nation Support Directorate to the 21st Theatre Support Command in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he held numerous leadership positions. He is a graduate of the United States Army’s Command and General Staff College, Reserve Component National Security Issues Seminar and the Joint Information Warfare Staff Officers Course.

Glenn is married to Beth, a retired early childhood administrator. Glenn and Beth have two sons Matthew and Paul.  Matthew is a graduate of Miami University at Oxford, Ohio. Paul is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
