2	Once we have assessed your needs, we will prepare a detailed proposal that identifies the STHRM resources and services required to meet your needs.
3	Finally, we will present our proposed solution and scope of services. Services are available at a fixed fee or at an hourly rate. Once you have had a chance to review our proposal, we will discuss any adjustments or changes to the plan.
