President and CEO Glenn R. Levar founded Shared Time Human Resources Management in 1993 after many years of working for Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 companies in a variety of human resources assignments. The company was created to fill a need for emerging enterprises and mid-market businesses for cost-efficient, quality human resources services.
