Workforce Development
Needs
Analysis:
Evaluating a company's
specific needs is the first step in determining
the appropriate course of action.
Job Task
Analysis:
Through Job Task Analysis (JTA), STHRM, Inc. is
able to identify the precise reading, math,
writing, cognitive, and communication skills
required of an employee to perform a particular
job effectively.
Basic
Skill Assessment:
Measuring the basic skill level of each employee
is fundamental to developing a plan for any
company. This determines the employee's current
skill level in reading, math, and writing;
allowing us to plan suitable classes and
appropriately place the employee.
Workplace Literacy Program Implementation and
Management:
Many employees realize the need for workplace
education, but lack the staff time or just don't
know where to start. STHRM, Inc. will manage the
critical phases of the program planning and
implementation.
Though each
program is unique, implementation services
generally include: evaluating the employee and
their job related needs, securing competent
instructors, establishing a curriculum, and
assuring acceptance of the program by the
workforce.
