Professional Recruitment is offered only to STHRM,
Inc. clients. STHRM, Inc. will provide resources to
assist you in understanding position requirements,
designing and implementing recruitment programs, and
assessments to maximize your recruitment efforts.
Our unique approach
helps locate skilled individuals that are not in the
market. During our fact-finding meeting with the
hiring executive or manager, we will determine
position responsibilities, accountabilities, and
required skill sets.
Once the qualified
candidate is selected, we will perform due diligence
personal and professional reference checks, as well
as local records check. Assessment tests are
available at an additional fee. STHRM, Inc. will
conduct follow-up meetings to ensure client
satisfaction.
Project Recruitment
and On-Site Recruiting
STHRM, Inc. will place a
qualified recruiter at your site to handle the
complete hiring process. The designated recruiter
will work directly with your staff to define job
specifications, write ads, pre-screen candidates,
schedule interviews, make offers of employment,
conduct reference checks, local records check, and
schedule post-offer placement physicals.
