HR Standard Operating Policies and Procedures Manual
STHRM, Inc. will write and update your HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to insure policies are adhered to and comply with various federal and state laws. HR SOP insure policies are used in a consistent manner, while clearly communicating the need to make discretionary decisions and or exceptions when appropriate.

Associate Handbooks
An associate handbook supplies employees with critical company information and informs the associate of company work rules, culture, benefits, and disciplinary actions.

HR Forms
Human Resource forms are required to systematize associate recordkeeping in Word or PDF formats. STHRM, Inc. can e-mail these form to you for a fee.
