STHRM, Inc. will assist in developing, designing,
implementing, and communicating compensation
(hourly, clerical, professional, and executive)
programs that complement your business strategy,
management style, and associate base.
STHRM, Inc. will also
conduct an annual review of your company's
compensation programs to insure they are
competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with
federal and state regulations. In addition, we
develop management and executive qualified and
non-qualified performance incentives and recognition
plans that can attract and retain key associates
while retaining your successful performance.
Benefits
Total benefit costs to employers average
approximately 40 percent. STHRM, Inc. will conduct a
structured review of your current benefits and
identify company objectives, requirements, and
develop cost containment strategies to meet your
business objectives.
STHRM, Inc. will
handle the preparation of benefit books and employee
communications including new employee orientation,
coordinating enrollments, change of beneficiaries,
appeals, and COBRA administration.
Career Coach
Your organization will use this process to identify
specific organizational needs and the skills
required to meet those needs. Along with efficiency
evaluations, you can expect improved systems for
associate selection and deployment.
Associates may use
the programs and service components of Career Coach
to identify their career strengths, as well as areas
for improvement in knowledge and skills relating to
organizational goals.
Together, the
evaluation process, coaching programs, and
consulting services of Career Coach result in a
heightened employee and organizational focus toward
meeting a company's goals.
Performance Appraisal
STHRM, Inc. will develop a customized performance
management appraisal to assist in evaluating
associates strengths and organizational areas of
concern. Timely communications with proper
documentation are important for associates to know
they are meeting expectations and areas requiring
improvement. We will train your managers and
supervisors to conduct effective performance
appraisals.
Retention Programs
STHRM, Inc. will design retention programs to
maintain workforce life issues.
Risk Management
Workers' Compensation
STHRM, Inc. will handle your workers' compensation,
accident investigation, and locating the best
group-rate fund available. STHRM, Inc. will also
develop return-to-work and light-duty programs for
associates.
OSHA
STHRM, Inc. will conduct safety audits and develop
specific health and safety programs for your
workforce. We will conduct OSHA training programs
and track safety injuries as required by federal
law.
Unemployment Claims
STHRM, Inc. has the training and resources to
successfully challenge unwarranted claims and keep
your unemployment rate to a minimum.
