On-Site HR Manager™
On-Site HR Manager™ is a
human resource professional who manages the entire
HR function, including affiliate vendors. On-Site HR
Manager™ services are available in half day and
whole day increments. These services are tailored to
meet the particular needs of your organization with
regards to scheduling, duties, and responsibilities.
As your organizational needs change, your use of the
service can be adjusted. This approach permits our
clients to hold down cost and enhance flexibility by
using only the services needed.

HR Infrastructure
Audit
The audit is designed to
assist, identify, and eliminate compliance issues
and improve performance. STHRM, Inc. will conduct a
comprehensive audit and analysis of all or part of
your HR activities. STHRM, Inc. HR Infrastructure
Audit will review employment processes, new employee
orientation, benefits, wage and hour compliance,
training and development, recordkeeping, EEO/AAP,
performance appraisal, and risk management (workers'
compensation and OSHA).
Our process will
identify areas of strength, areas for improvement,
and compliance to mandated federal and state laws.
In addition, a comprehensive report including
recommendations and a corrective action plan will be
prepared.
Merger and
Acquisition Audits
Approximately 80% of
mergers and acquisitions fail because for a myriad
of reasons including poor benefit planning,
conflicting organization cultures, and poor
communication. STHRM, Inc. will review the acquiring
company's human capital and assess strengths and
weakness against your objective requirements. STHRM,

Surveys

surveys open two-way communications between
management and associates. Understanding associates
perceptions, attitudes, and concerns is necessary to
developing a positive and productive work
environment. Our organizational climate survey will
pinpoint successes and areas for improvement.
Risk Management
Workers Compensation
STHRM, Inc. will handle
your workers' compensation paperwork and accident
investigations while insuring you are in the best
group rating in the state. STHRM, Inc. will develop
return-to-work and light-duty programs for
associates.
OSHA
STRHM, Inc. will conduct
safety audits and develop specific health and safety
programs for your work force. These audits include
OSHA training programs, tracking your employee
attendance, as well as documenting any safety
injuries as required by federal law.
